In-State/Out-of-State Pricing

This catalog contains out-of-state prices only, and, except for sale prices, Wisconsin purchasers should reduce prices by one-third when ordering (unless specified otherwise). Wisconsin residents who are not tax exempt must add 5.5 percent to cover state and county sales tax. Prices subject to change.

International Orders

All orders must be prepaid either by Mastercard/VISA or check in U.S. dollars. Orders will be shipped via Airmail Parcel Post. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Return Policy

Unused, undamaged items may be returned for full refund within 10 days of receipt. Shipping and handling is nonrefundable.

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via a parcel delivery service. Shipping addresses should contain a street address. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped at the same time or in the same package. Orders from Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped UPS second-day air. Call 1-800-243-8782 for a quote on shipping costs.

Out-of-Stock Items

Occasionally, certain publications prove more popular than anticipated, and our supply runs out. If this happens, we will notify you and offer you the choice of canceling your order or waiting until the supply is replenished. All back orders will be filled the day the item arrives from the printer.
